1. Submit a request
Email [email protected] with the subject Data Deletion Request. If the request relates to WhatsApp, you may also state that in the message.
2. Information to include
- Your name and the email or phone number used with SafNexa.
- The relevant enquiry, Studio, project, product or support reference if available.
- A short description of the records or account concerned.
- Whether you want deletion, correction or information about what is held.
3. Verification
SafNexa may ask reasonable questions to confirm that the request concerns you or that you are authorized to act for an organization. We will not disclose records to an unverified requester.
4. What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, identify relevant systems, assess applicable obligations and communicate the result or any necessary clarification. Timing depends on complexity, verification and applicable requirements.
5. Information that may be retained
Deletion is not always absolute. SafNexa may retain limited records where necessary for legal, accounting, contract, fraud-prevention, security, dispute or backup-integrity purposes. Where practical, information may be restricted or de-identified instead.
6. Connected providers
Some information may also be held by independent platforms you used, such as WhatsApp/Meta or your email provider. SafNexa can act on records it controls; requests concerning an independent provider may also need to be submitted directly to that provider.
