1. Cookies and similar technologies
Cookies are small data files placed by a website or service. Similar browser technologies include local storage and session storage. They can support security, remember preferences and help understand how a website is used.
2. Categories SafNexa uses
- Essential: required for security, routing, session or consent operation.
- Preferences: remember choices such as light/dark theme and cookie preference.
- Analytics: with consent, help SafNexa understand public-page traffic and engagement.
- Marketing: not currently required by the public SafNexa website; this policy and consent controls will be updated before such use.
3. Website analytics
With permission, Google Analytics and PostHog may record public-page visits, referring information, device/browser characteristics, approximate region and selected website actions. SafNexa excludes admin, client-workspace, proposal, invoice and document routes and does not intentionally include passwords, form contents or client documents in analytics events.
4. Your controls
The cookie banner lets you accept all optional processing or reject it. Your preference is stored so the website can respect it. You may clear browser storage to reset the choice, and browsers also provide cookie-blocking and deletion controls. Blocking essential storage may affect some features.
5. Duration and changes
Some storage ends when the browser session closes, while preferences may remain until they expire or you clear them. Provider names and durations can change as implementations are updated; SafNexa will keep this notice and consent behavior under review.
